Lunch 
  • Rotisserie Chicken (Organic)
    • tablespoon of BBQ sauce 
  • Cottage cheese (Organic)
  • Water
Snack 
  • Carrots 
  • Black tea with 2 packets of sugar 
  • One piece of chocolate (from box)

Dinner 
  • Rotisserie Chicken (Organic)
    • tablespoon of BBQ sauce 
  • Canned low-sodium green beans 
  • Small glass of champagne 
  • Small stack of pepperoni
